  • Deep Problem Understanding: You’re solving a problem you’ve lived or deeply understand.
  • Capacity to Build Quickly (Recommended): You can ship via code, design, or duct tape. (Not required—but helpful.)
  • Rare Ability: You’re unusually strong in one area or combine skills in a way that’s dangerous
  • Fast Learner with Internal Drive: You pick things up quickly and push
    yourself.
  • Tuned to Markets: You build what people actually want
    and adapt fast.

Who This Is For

Phareyes is for early-stage technical founders who:

  • Aged 18–25 (flexible)
  • Already building or exploring a technically difficult idea
  • Self-identify as founders or are clearly ready to be
  • Can ship fast, think clearly, and operate with high agency
  • Proven obsession — shipped projects, early demos, or deep research
  • Clear technical capacity — can build, code, or lead at a technical level

What We Expect

  • Full or serious part-time commitment to building
  • Regular updates (we’re async, not high-touch)
  • Generous peer attitude — this is a founder collective, not a solo grant
  • A 5% equity agreement — light but meaningful
