However, fragrance is deeply personal — what captivates one person may not appeal to another. Scent perception, projection, and longevity can vary depending on individual skin type, body chemistry, and environment.

Because each sample or decant is freshly prepared to order, it cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene and safety reasons, decanted products cannot be poured back into their original bottles. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

A product is considered damaged if it arrives broken, leaked, shattered, crushed, or in any unusable condition.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence of the issue. Our team will review your case promptly and assist you in resolving it as fairly as possible.
